Sometime before lockdown I had the most lovely newborn session in Dublin.

Lifestyle newborn sessions capture the wonderfully emotional, beautiful and restless time when you welcome a newborn baby into your family. They capture the intimacy and interaction between family members and are completely baby led. I will give certain prompts to get the interaction going, I'll place you in good light and just capture you and your family as gorgeous as you are. I'll capture genuine moments and little details that you'll always want to remember. These sessions are real- no hours of soothing baby to sleep, no uncomfortable posing, no props. Just you and yours.

To me, the most beautiful newborn photographs are when the baby is in their mother and fathers arms. Lifestyle newborn photography focusses on family interaction and includes parent, sibling and solo shots. They have so much variety.

Lifestyle newborn sessions take place in your home, using natural light. Don't worry about having to have the house picture perfect, it doesn't need to be.

When the covid19 lockdown eases, I know that lifestyle newborn photography will be the perfect way to capture your new addition, you can rest easy knowing that the baby will be held in your arms, you and your family will be holding the little one and I won't touch the baby at all. Photographs can be taken from a distance and sessions can be either indoors or outdoors (weather provided of course!)
