Basically there's no simple recipe for photographing toddlers and babies. They generally don't take direction, they don't stay still, they make strange, and sometimes they don't want their photo taken at all. Location scouting yet again we went to the Deer Forest Park in Virginia. We skipped stones, collected rocks and climbed trees. A couple of weeks ago I had a wonderful Communion Session. Now in hindsight I can admit that I was TERRIFIED about this photosession- the reason?, it was at 1.30, on one of the sunniest days of the year. In Ireland we have few sunny days so I was a little nervous. A lot of preparation goes into finding the right location for your photoshoot! This makes each session a unique experience that produces original and individual photos! The locations preferably have to be easy to reach, wild, but not tooo wild, be free from nettles and cattle! They have to contain plenty of shaded areas and places to hide from the sun! Outdoor Photography love! Cavan

I absolutely love photographing outdoors. The backdrops that nature provides are countless! You just have to open your eyes to imagine the possibilities ! Last weekend I photographed 3 amazing children. Our session took place in the local park, its kind of bland, not much to it. 'The Beast from the East!' Lifestyle session , Cavan

This February we saw the 'beast from the east' , the wonderful snowstorm, sweep Ireland. Our little island was so unprepared for such an event, that the entire country went into lock-down.
