I have to say this was one of my favourite sessions this year. Theres nothing more beautiful than newborn babies, their little wrinkly hands, their funny expressions, their cute yawns, cries and movements. I'm a mother of 3 and photographing newborns just brings me back there, to those first few weeks when you bring them home, the love you feel is overwhelming, everything is overwhelming! And the time just flies by so quick and before you know it they're running around, wrecking havoc :-) Every moment of these days is precious, I wish I had have gotten newborn photographs taken of my own trio! I still look at their newborn baby grows that I have kept and I can't imagine them being so tiny and small.
I was so privileged to be able to capture this gorgeous family as they welcomed their new addition into their home. The love they have for each-other is overwhelming and I know that these photographs will be cherished in years to come. My absolute favourites are the ones of the 2 sisters together, imagine what they'll feel looking back at these!
Newborn lifestyle sessions require little posing, they're not rushed, they're stress free and can be from the comfort of your own home. The baby is held and doted over! I just capture the moment and the beautiful details without disturbing the little beauty.
