Stunning Outdoor Family Photography Session, Meath

The weather forecast was for rain and cloud, but what does the weather forecast know? We were blessed with the most beautiful sunny autumn day for this outdoor family photo session in Meath. We took some birthday photographs for the gorgeous baby and got some natural happy smiles with a beautiful flowery backdrop, who needs boring white backgrounds when everything you need is often in your own back garden? :-)

The kids laughed and played and ran around in the sun. We got group photographs with the grandparents, some stunning family photographs and the kids just being themselves.

I love the colours in these photographs, the mother had the children dressed beautifully, the clothes, textures and colours all complemented each other perfectly.

I use natural light to make use of the beautiful sunlight, I don't carry many camera gadgets as I like to be quick and capture those precious moments as they happen, without having to be constantly checking my settings, directing flash etc. I shoot only in manual mode and change my settings as the light changes.

Has to be one of my favourite photosessions this year!
