Yesterday the sun was shining through the window creating some gorgeous warm light. Its usually dark and cloudy outside so I jumped at the chance to take some low ISO indoor shots! For these, I held some battery operated Penny's fairy lights (who doesn't have them?) and held them up to the camera lens. I kept my aperture wide open so that everything but my subject would be blurry and so it would create some beautiful bokeh. Her orange cardigan and the orange glow from the photographs went really well together ! And what 1 year old doesn't love the chance to play with some fairy lights!
Lighting is the key for gorgeous photographs, it greats depth and gorgeous colour in portraits and I love playing with it.
