Oh lads… E & D’s wedding was absolutely brilliant. I was in my element with these two beauties!
We’d already honed our groove before the big day because we’d done an engagement shoot at Dollymount Strand.
Picture it: the wind in our hair, the waves crashing, us laughing our heads off while running up and down the beach capturing mad, joyful moments. I was so happy to capture their wedding day!
As a wedding photographer Dublin, it’s always an honour to be trusted with such an important day. But with these two, it felt extra special.
The Big Day
From the moment I arrived, I was happy out. Me and this couple were a match made in heaven — we had the craic, we captured all the good stuff, and the brides even got a kick out of my wonderfully “creative” flat lay (listen, I’ve warned everyone — flat lays aren’t my strong point, but they’ve got some personality!).
The ceremony was full of love, laughter, and a few happy tears, with friends and family gathered close. After the “I do’s,” E & D and their guests enjoyed an epic reception right there at The House — delicious food, gorgeous cocktails, and a party atmosphere that had everyone buzzing.
City Streets, Guinness in Hand
As the evening rolled in, we took a little adventure into the streets of Dublin for some fun, relaxed wedding portraits. Pint of Guinness in hand, bridal party in tow, cheesy poses, authentic laughter and just having fun.
For me, this is why I love being a family photographer Dublin and a wedding photographer Dublin. It’s about telling a couple’s story in the most genuine, joyful way possible — and E & D’s day was the perfect mix of heartfelt moments and proper good craic.
If you’re dreaming of a wedding in the heart of the city — whether it’s at The House Leeson Street, another Dublin gem, or anywhere across Ireland — I’d love to be the one behind the camera capturing it all for you.
